Lead Tester -- Manual and Automation

We are looking for a lead tester for a Start-up company in Chennai.  Need to do manual testing and start building test automation suites for a Web Based product.  The product is built on Ruby on Rails and is very component based using the latest technologies.  We have product releases every week.
