Full stack Developer with Finance background

Looking for a full stack java developer for a young startup based out of Chennai.
The following technical skills are strongly desired:
Extensive experience (+3 years) building web apps
Understand the life cycle of a web app fully - browser side, server side, scalability, performance
Full stack experience from front end to DB persistence
Generalist programmer with the ability to quickly learn and use new languages would be preferred
Experience in MVC Frameworks.
Experience in Banking domain would be added advantage.
