Position Overview:
We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM & ITOM modules. This is a full-time opportunity requiring strong scripting & integration expertise. The ideal candidate should be proficient in ServiceNow development, capable of working on-site (5 days a week), and ready to join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & customize ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM modules to meet business requirements.

Implement ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Work on Discovery, CMDB, Event Management & Automation within ITOM.

Ensure system performance, security, and best practices are followed.

Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering & solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

Expertise in ITSM & ITOM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.

Strong ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules).

Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Web Services.

Hands-on experience with CMDB, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.

Understanding of ITIL best practices & ServiceNow architecture.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
