Disruptive enterprise solutions in IOT

We are looking for an agile Project Manager to lead the joint efforts of our customers and partners in rolling out world-class enterprise softwares in the field of IOT and enterprise integrations.

Job Description:

Every customer is unique and every implementation has its own set of technical and business constraints. You should relish the challenge of distilling complex and often conflicting customer requirements into an elegant technical and process solution. You are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders from engineers and technical staff through to executives. 

You also have a solid background in software development and a passion for customer success. Consulting experience and/or familiarity with various project management and/or service delivery models is a plus, as is fluency in one or more additional languages.

Responsibilities 

• Working collaboratively with customers and partners, you will lead the successful implementation of our software services
• You will manage the implementation process, including the following:
  • Client expectation & scope management
  • Assist client in determining the business and process impacts of implementation
  • Writing software specifications
  • Project & activity status reporting
  • Issue escalation & resolution
  • Configuring our software solution
  • Assist clients and partners in the development of a change management strategy
  • Educating & training customers on how to effectively use our products
• Deliverables and daily tasks may include:
  • Process Design
  • Requirements analysis for reports, integration
  • Integration design
  • Risk Framework development
  • Minor product customizations
  • Test phase support (e.g. reproducing and reporting issues)
  • Training delivery
  • System configuration
  • Advising on deployment approaches and developing best practice business processes
• You will help integrate our solution into our customer’s existing ERP and financial systems.

• Strong technical skills coupled with an understanding of business processes
• Experience with software deployment technologies, networks and databases
• Self-motivated, pragmatic, proactive, pay close attention to detail, and able to handle a variety of tasks
• Excellent inter-personal skills including teamwork, respect, courtesy, and discretion
