Should be be able to write great conversation copy for chatbots, reflecting the persona of our various clients and based on campaign objective. Should have the ability to have engaging short, crisp conversations.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating concise, eye-catching, witty and innovative content for our chatbot product
• Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
• Writing catchy emails, social-media posts, blogs and web content
• Working very closely with the founding team to convert their ideas and vision into content that customers would love to read
• Use our content flow tools to build engaging conversation
• Review the conversation our Chatbots had with their users on a weekly basis and suggest improvements
• Track progress of customer specific product improvements and measure impact
• Quality assurance of conversations before launch

Requirements:

• Interest in Entertainment industry a must.
• 1 year + Content writing/creative writing/blogging experience a must
• A sense of humour will be appreciated.
• Exceptionally well communication skills - verbal and written.
• Team Player
• Being Multilingual will be an added advantage. (English/Hindi/Telugu ; Eng/Hindi/Tamil; Eng/Tamil/Malayalam)
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or communication and a minimum of 1 years experience in web related marketing and development.
• Experience in script writing, short story writing will be an added advantage
• Good listening skills
• Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones
• Impeccable spelling and grammar
• A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
• Great research, organizational, and learning skills
• High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• Familiarity with keyword placement
• Some experience with online marketing and lead generation
• An understanding of formatting articles on the web
• Multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and team
• Fairly good knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Macromedia flash, MS- FrontPage etc would be of benefit in this profession.
