Python Developer - Django Framework

Job Details

- 3-7 years relevant work experience
- Expert in Python/Django frameworks
- Knowledge of front-end java scripts frameworks like AngularJS/React
- Sound understanding of Data Structure concepts and implementation
- Deep technical knowledge of mobile application development
- Strong unit test and debugging skills- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, bit bucket
- Understanding of the whole web stack and how all the pieces fit together (frontend, backend, database, network layer, etc.) and how they impact the performance of your application.

- Experience in building highly scalable, robust, and fault tolerant services

- Excellent understanding of MVC and OOP. Bonus for an understanding of prevalent design patterns.
- UX Architecture design
- Be awesome with people and passionate about creating a great product.

Job Description:

What you will be doing :

- Understand the technology use cases and create superior product to provide customers with seamless experience

- Design and Build efficient, scalable systems with server-side APIs for various product lines

- Lead and own all backend engineering in Python/Django, including database design and interfacing with multiple systems

- Follow agile development - implies that you develop, test, deploy, get feedback from users and go back to development

- Collaborate and communicate effectively within the Tech team, and with the rest of the organization

- Work with Product team and Front-end team to pioneer product ideas and provide full stack implementation

We are looking for :

- Someone who is passionate about technology and firmly believes in creating a beautifully designed, simple and easy to use product

- Knowledge of Software Design and Architecture with experience in building and shipping Python/Django applications on AWS

- Experience or knowledge of technologies like Postgresql, Angular.js, ElasticSearch,

- Someone who finds these things pretty darn cool - Algorithms and Design, Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Distributed Computing, Large-scale System Design, Advanced Database and Data-warehousing, Graph Theory and UI Design

- Someone who is a quick learner and enjoys challenges of a fast moving environment
