Rails Developer [1-3 yrs experience]

Who we are:
Actionboard.com is the tech subsidiary of Agrya Consulting started in 2016.

We started actionboard because we believe that, for financial reporting to be useful to entrepreneurs, it should be:

1. Timely - you want to know that you're going to run out of cash sooner rather than later
2. Accurate - you want to know your project or customer profitability as precisely as possible
3. Inexpensive - you don't want accounting costs to eat your profit margins

With the current state of infrastructure, you can only get only 2 of the above 3 things.

We are building Actionboard to deliver financial reporting that delivers all of these 3 parameters.

What you will do:

• Participate and actively contribute to the product design discussions
• Develop and deliver new features
• Swat bugs that have been added to the bug list.
• Refactor code

Technical skills are we looking for:

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience
• At least a year of experience working with Rails
• Working knowledge in SQL
• Experience in a Test Driven Development approach
