Magento Lead

Skills required
-----------------
1. Experience developing on Magento e-Commerce platform for at least 3 years.
2. Experience working in web based application design and development for at least 5 years
3. Hands on dev. in PHP, HTML/CSS/JS, MySQL for at least 5 years
4. Experience in developing responsive UI using bootstrap and media queries
5. Experience working as a team lead a BIG PLUS
6. Should have good experience in UX, UI Architecture and product design
7. Good communication skills

 

Role
-----------------

1. Should be hands on in coding while lead the team of 5 coders.

2. Should technically guide the team in designing and laying our broad development guidelines.
3. Work in an agile development environment
4. Work with the business development team to constantly improve the cusomer experience and customer adoption.
