Role

  •         Barottas.com considers Business Development Manager as a key position in achieving its growth target for the next 5 years. With vision of becoming a market leader in the field of digital food delivery space, Barottas has an aggressive plan to grow over pan India with 200 cloud restaurants. This role is responsible for critical marketing functions: Brand Building & Lead Generation. Business Development, Customer acquisition & Retention, Digital marketing expertise.

Reports To: CEO

Job Responsibilities

In Brand Building,

  •         You will be responsible for ensuring that Barottas is preferred brand in target customer’s consideration bracket and create enough buzz and visibility for the brand. You will have to work with a marketing budget and identify and engage with relevant routes-to-market to acquire more customers and retain the existing ones.
  •         Build online / digital assets for Barotta’s aggressive growth through content marketing, social media strategies, and online advertising.
  •         Create, expand, and implement end to end marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact
  •         Responsible for customer acquisition and retention. Design and develop intervention/marketing plan based on customer response analytics

In Lead Generation,

  •         You will be responsible for developing and building pipeline for sales organization. You have to leverage various possible routes, to ensure that the targets are met.
  •         While you are at it, your key activities will be managing on ground marketing, building customer experiences, conceptualizing & driving activations, sharing competitor insights, continuous customer engagement & retention
