  • Lead the development team and continually improve and optimise to improve time, cost and quality measures
  • Define the development standards and lead the movement to Test Driven Development
  • Drive the Product Technology Roadmap by tracking and adapting to the latest technology trends
  • Leverage Analytics to track and boost App performance on the market
  • Build the next generation of passionate Mobile App developers

* What you MUST HAVE…

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA / B.S in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands on experience in mobile application development (Native Android/iOS, Hybrid Frameworks)
  • At least 1 live app each, on Apple’s App Store and Android’s Play Store
  • Experience in Object-Oriented design and Systems Architecture
  • Passion and appreciation for great design and exceptional UI/UX
  • Programming experience in Swift/Objective-C, JAVA, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, Angular 2
  • Proficient with databases like MySQL, NOSQL, PostGreSql, MongoDB, CouchBase, etc.
  • Experience using web services, JSON, REST and other integration technologies
  • Experience with Native / 3<sup>rd</sup> Party Push Notification integrations & Payment Gateway integrations
  • Quality consciousness and experience with unit testing and test driven development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Additional responsibilities of this position include participating in or leading design brainstorming sessions, technical design reviews, formal code reviews, bug triage and functional walkthroughs

* What will be GOOD TO HAVE…?

  • Knowledge of cross-platform (Android & iOS) development & deployment tools like ReactNative
  • Knowledge of Apple’s and Android’s design principles, patterns and best practices
  • In depth knowledge of Ionic 2 framework
  • Familiarity with release process on App Store / Play Store
  • Experience with managing cloud servers
  • Exposure to DevOps and Release Management functions
  • Experience with scrum and agile development methodologies
