SAS Developers with 3 to 5 years of experience (3-5 yrs)

Strong SAS Programming skills with proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macros and proc SQL.

- SQL skills to optimize code with huge datasets.

- Proficient statistical programming skills in SAS (and other statistical software a plus), strong analytical skills and understanding of quantitative and statistical analysis. Strong experience with: DATA step data manipulation with arrays, do-loops, and merges; SAS Macro language, SAS/GRAPH, PROC SQL experience.

- Experience in data manipulation, data mining and understanding of relational databases

- Ability to work across a large and complex matrix of stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills including listening, writing, reading and speaking skills

- Advanced user of a PC and basic software packages, including MS-Office Professional Suite

- Able to thrive in an environment of change and fluctuating priorities

- Able to analyze moderately complex data and make decisions and clearly articulate reasons for making a decision

- Advanced user of programming languages and environments including SAS, UNIX

- Demonstrated mastery in report design, data analysis, and data sources

- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills

- Team building and leadership skills

- Build and manage positive working relationships with team members and managers
